Texas Salt Company has the most amazing salts and peppers. I love using the smoked tequila, lime to brine my chicken and also in my tomato soup. I use the smoked bourbon barrel salt with the grease of my brisket to add more flavor. Other salts I cook with is the black garlic and Sriracha salt. Each month I buy two different flavors to experiment. I’ve never been unhappy with any of them.
